Growth

The Place That Believed In Me

Volume 01· Note 08· 4 min

People often ask where I learned web development.

The honest answer is...

I learned because someone gave me the chance to.

When I joined Code Pros, I wasn't the developer people know today.

I knew very little.

There were days when even small tasks felt overwhelming.

I spent hours trying to understand code that someone else had written.

Sometimes I fixed problems.

Sometimes I created new ones.

But nobody expected perfection.

They expected progress.

That made all the difference.

Looking back, I realise how rare that is.

Many people are willing to hire experience.

Very few are willing to invest in potential.

Code Pros became that place for me.

It wasn't just where I learned HTML, CSS or JavaScript.

It was where I learned that growth needs patience.

Every project taught me something.

Every mistake became another lesson.

Every teammate unknowingly became another teacher.

Years later, when I started mentoring junior developers myself, I often remembered those early days.

I realised I wasn't simply returning knowledge.

I was returning the opportunity someone once gave me.
